Created by a former Royal Marine Commando and a national gymnast Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire!We are going back to old school, expect burpees, squat jumps, exploding jacks, core exercises and much much more! A huge variety and a whole body workout.
At LBFitness we recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per week if you want to achieve great results, though metafit also works really well combined with other training such as strength, running, team sports etc. Metafit can be done in a class or a small group even a Personal Training session it's the 30 min workout that works and keeps working even when when the class is over!!
Each month there is a new and fun track sent through so don't worry about it getting boring there are lots of workouts to do!!
