One-on-one

One on one allows you to work towards your goals with a fully qualifed Personal Trainer. Each session is tailored made for you needs, at LB Fitness we try to make each session different but still as challenging.


Working with a Personal Trainer will eliminate all guess work and fads and  let you work towards your goals. We also give our clients home workouts to do this keeps the focus and will help us monitor your daily activity. 


We also offer Personal Training sessions for two on one this can be a great idea if you need that extra boost! Workout with a friend and motivate each other!!
