Originally from Edinburgh Scotland Lyndsay moved to Australia and furthered her fitness expertise by studying a Diploma in Fitness. Lyndsay prides herself in her professional friendly attitude this is what makes LB Fitness work. Lyndsay is about hard work and eating right, LB Fitness is a gay-friendly personal training service. Stop looking any further and give Lyndsay a call you won't regret it. You will get Fitter stronger and Faster!!
Lyndsay is also the only registered Kettlercise Instructor in Melbourne Australia, Kettlercise is a fast-paced fat burning workout. These classes will be taking off in January 2018.

Lyndsay has recently taken on the assistant Strength And Conditioning Coach for Melbourne Ice Women Ice Hockey Team and Melbourne Chargers Ice Hockey Team.
Lyndsay Buchanan
Lyndsay Buchanan has been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years, 8 of those working as a personal trainer. Lyndsay has worked in both gym and outdoor fitness environments as a fitness instructor/personal trainer.

Lyndsay has been self-employed since December 2012 and has built up a friendly small private studio at 25A Grant Street Oakleigh, Melbourne.

Lyndsay is qualified at an advanced level with kettlebells. Kettlebells are fantastic for Functional training, strength training and weight loss. Lyndsay's love of kettlebells reflects on her clients and how much they enjoy using them.
